Ski Instructor & Guest Experience Specialist
David is an experienced ski instructor, accredited by the Spanish SnowSport Association , with a strong international background, including extensive work with Brazilian clients across European ski resorts such as St.Moritz. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, he plays a crucial role in bridging cultural and language gaps while enhancing the overall guest experience. His teaching expertise and familiarity with the target audience make him a valuable operational asset.

Based in Brazil, Ricardo is an entrepreneur with extensive business experience and a strong network among the country’s affluent and internationally minded clientele. Fluent in multiple languages, he leads local market development, coordinates sales activities with travel agencies and direct clients, and fosters trusted relationships across the market. Lena is a graduate in Tourism Management from HF Tourismus & Management, Graubünden, one of Switzerland’s leading institutions for tourism education. She brings recent hands-on experience managing international ski travel clients and understands the expectations of discerning guests. Based in St.Moritz, she coordinates day-to-day operations, oversees guest services from arrival to departure, manages local partnerships, and ensures consistently high service standards and seamless travel experiences across all touchpoints.
